Submit request
Order Placement
To place an order, a 20-30% advance payment is required, with the remaining balance to be paid before order leaves the warehouse. Payment accepted by Bank Transfer. Once order is received, the cabin type and order details are forwarded to the factory.
Production
Typically production time is 5-6 weeks, if it is not in stock. For custom projects additional week is required. Timing may vary depending on production volume and seasonal demand.
Leaves Our Factory
The production of your cabin is now complete. Goods are flat-packed in weather-resistant packaging. The remaining balance required and order will be ready to ship.
Delivery
Delivery and unloading of the goods by forklift are free of charge and roughly takes 1 week after leaving the factory depending on location. After goods are shipped, an estimated delivery date will be given, with the exact date confirmed by the logistics provider.
Site Preparation:
Preparation of an area for receiving ordered cabin. The assembly area must be cleared of vegetation and any obstructions. The foundation is required before assembling the cabin.
Assembling:
Cabin assembly can be done by our partners who can also provide additional services (foundation, utility installation and etc.). These are arranged independently, with payment made directly to the partner on site.
